My name is Jim Barbere & I’m the Owner / CEO of Jim Barbere Photography. Thank you for visiting our website!
During your photography sessions, our team will assist and direct you through posing & expression to get each person comfortable in front of the camera. We also have tips and tricks to incorporate more candid & natural moments for each session.
We love creating high quality images for our clients in a fast paced environment. People are our passion! We specialize in wedding and engagement photography, but also excel in taking alluring photos of both commercial products & Real Estate. Check out the origins of our company story below.

Once Upon a Time ..
Since 2006, I’ve been behind the camera. My first experiences back then as a wedding photographer second shooter provided a fast track to understanding a camera. I learned how to shoot during the day of the wedding in the moment. Action packed, swift moving, low light, natural light, outdoors, indoors… This is my comfort zone.
.. There Was Passion ..
I’ve discovered what it means to find a purpose in your work. I believe in the most common reason most of us are interested in photography… Documenting the moments of our lives, milestones, and the amazing range of love and emotion we experience in these moments. It cannot be said enough how profound this is as a professional photographer.

In 2002, I married the love of my life. We’ve spent more than 20 beautiful years together and have 2 amazing children. When times get tough, it's my family that keeps me moving forward. I feel incredibly blessed to capture & share your special family moments through my photography, as I know how fleeting they can be as I watch my family grow.
